Meet the ALTA Team

Myrna Y. Peralta, MSW, JD Myrna is Co-Principal and President, bringing more than 20 years experience in community development programs and activities, leadership training and project management to ALTA. As a practitioner and consultant, Myrna has advocated for and led the development of social capital and investments that help to revitalize communities.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law Center. Myrna is bilingual in English and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Diane C. Lewis, MPA Diane is Co-Principal and Executive Vice President offering expertise in the areas of community development and health care systems. She served as Project Director for the design and development of integrated health system models in Washington, D.C. and Kansas City Missouri. Her work also includes the development of community-based health care provider networks in managed care environments.

Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from City College of New York and a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

Mannone Butler, JD Mannone is a Senior Associate whose experience includes community development, children, youth and family program development and advocacy, and re-entry programs for incarcerated populations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.
